My Story
Hi, I am Sue Ellen, (Yes from the 80’s soap opera show Dallas) even though I didn’t find my J.R., I did find my soulmate and husband, Humberto Osorio. We have 3 beautiful children (one boy and two girls). When we are not servicing our amazing clients we are very active individuals. You can find us outside enjoying the great sun, gardening, perfecting our sourdough game to dancing and creating girly forts. Soho was created by using my husband and mine first and last initial. After being a tax preparer and bookkeeper for over 18 years I knew it was time to start providing superior services and start helping people in need by working for myself. I wanted to make sure and create an accounting firm that can be affordable to anyone’s growing business. I wanted to be a tool for my clients to utilize and not be charged an arm and a leg to simply get reliable answers. I am here to serve you and your prosperous business! Soho Virtual Accounting and Business has more than 18 years of experience in public accounting, equipping me to deal effectively on behalf of my clients on issues related to federal and state income tax planning and compliance. Through cost segregation studies, research and development tax credit studies, state income tax nexus studies, acquisition planning and other tax strategies, I have worked closely and collaboratively with clients on tax minimization.
